This guarantee is part of the registration documentation formalised once the team's place is confirmed. Pre-registration through this website does not include it.

By checking the box to accept the "Guarantee of use and image rights and transfer to third parties" during the registration process, the team manager (hereinafter, the "Manager") formalizes this guarantee of use and image rights and transfer to third parties on their behalf and on behalf of all registered players and technical staff members.

1. Purpose of Image Use and Transfer to Third Parties

The Responsible Party expressly authorizes Cádiz Club de Fútbol S.A.D., Nomadar Corp, Branch in Spain, and Nomadar Corp, as the parent company of the former (hereinafter all Data Controllers), to use, capture, reproduce, and disseminate the personal image and/or voice of the registered participants (including minors).

2. Guarantee of Authorization of Data Subjects and Minors

The Team Manager declares and guarantees, under his sole responsibility, that he has the express written authorization of the data subjects and the parents or legal guardians of all registered minor players to use their image and transfer their image rights to third parties under the terms described in this document.

The Team Manager exempts the Data Controllers from any liability that may arise from the lack of such parental/guardian authorization, assuming direct responsibility for any claims by third parties for this reason.

3. Purposes and Means of Dissemination

The images may be used for all purposes related to the promotion of the organizing entities, the participant, and the tournament.

This includes their use in advertising campaigns in any type of physical or digital medium, such as television, the internet, corporate websites, and the social networks of the organizing entities.

4. Legal Framework and Temporal/Territorial Scope

This authorization is granted under the provisions of Organic Law 1/1982, of May 5, on Civil Protection of the Right to Honor, Personal and Family Privacy, and One's Own Image.

The use of images and the transfer of image rights to third parties allows for the use of any technical means or medium, is granted for an unlimited period and without territorial restrictions (worldwide). The transfer is free of charge.

5. Transfer to Third Parties and International Transfer

The Team Manager expressly authorizes the Data Controllers to transfer the images/voice of the participants to their sponsors and to Global Soccer Development (GSD), the co-organizer of the tournament, for the same promotional purposes.

Acceptance of this transfer implies express consent for the image to be transferred to GSD, an entity located in the United States of America, even though it is known that this country may not have the same data protection guarantees as those of the European Economic Area ("EEA"). The transfer is carried out in accordance with the applicable regulatory framework on data protection. Likewise, the Data Controllers shall be held harmless and shall assume any claims arising from the lack of such consent or prior information.

6. Exercise of Rights and Revocation of Consent

Any participant (or their legal guardians) may exercise their rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing, data portability, and not to be subject to automated individual decision-making (including profiling).

Likewise, it is hereby stated that consent for the use of images may be revoked at any time, although such revocation shall not have retroactive effect on uses already made. To exercise these rights, please contact:
